We offer an expertly equipped gym with a 20 piece cardio area and weights area which includes dumbbells, cable machines and fixed weights machines.

Our gym is equipped to cater for all fitness levels whether you have been exercising for years or are a complete beginner. Whether you wish to run 10km, increase your strength or just generally keep fit, our highly qualified & experienced instructors will be delighted to help you.

When you join, each member can book a consultation with one of our instructors where you discuss your goals, your habits, your diet and more. Following on from this, a personalised programme is designed to help you reach those goals.

Personal training is also something we offer in the gym. Sessions can be booked with one of our personal trainers and they spend the entire session right at your side making sure you are pushing to your limits and you are getting the most out of your session. Ask at the leisure centre reception for more details.


Fitness Classes


Aqua Aerobics
This class is suited for all fitness levels and aims to give you a total body workout combining cardio with muscle strength and conditioning. It is low impact on joints and muscles so is great for injury rehabilitation.

Box Step
High energy step aerobics class combining the cardio of step with the toning effects of kick boxing. A fantastic full body workout

Bell Core
This kettlebell class will provide a total body workout while also focusing on the core. Kettlebell training offers the ability to burn fat with high intensity workouts.

A complete body workout that promotes strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints.

Cardio Blast
This class combines a variety of cardio exercises with strength & conditioning. It is perfect if you want to test your fitness and push yourself to your limits.

Junior Gym
Exercise programme specifically designed to get young teens active. It is filled with activities raging from exercise classes to gym based workouts. This programme is a great for active and non actives teens
