Stayed there for the TriAthlone during July 2010, very nice hotel and the massage next morning was very good. Would definitely stay here again.Bar food was very good also.

The best day of our life. From the moment we arrived at the hotel late of course as everything on your wedding day doesn't run to time we were made feel so relaxed. All the staff were so professional. ... Any request we had was no problem to management. So I have to say from start to finish everything was excellent, food, presentation, atmosphere, staff, management all were excellent. All our guests were well impressed needless to say some including ourselves will be returning in the future. So once again thank you so much for making our wedding day so wonderful. ---

My friends and I (all triathletes) stayed in the hotel for one night prior to TriAthlone. We arrived rather late, tired and nervous in anticipation of the next mornings race. We were greeted very kindly ... at reception and shown to our rooms. We were short a bed in one of the rooms but this was rectified within minutes. We then descended to the bar for a cup of tea before hitting the hay for the night. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and the barman was so friendly. The beds were so comfortable and even though there was a couple of weddings in the hotel that night we didn't hear a thing. The race went great the next day and we all felt very well rested. Though we were very late checking out post the triathlon the hotel very kindly allowed us to use their facilities to relax after the race. It was a very pleasant experience all in all. ---

I attended the wedding of a good friend of mine this July and stayed for one night. The attention to detail and the guidance and help the bride was given was unrivaled. The hotel staff were just so ... wonderfully accommodating. Everything was seamless and effortless. The meal was fantastic and sitting, sipping our wine, listening to the speeches and looking out at the stunning views of the marina was just the perfect setting for such a gorgeous event. The rooms were perfect with very comfortable beds, and breakfast was also delicious. I will definitely be back to sample more of the food and use the C spa. ---

This hotel was wonderful. From the staff at Reception to the staff in the bar/restaurant. I found the room to be very comfortable, relaxing and spotless. The music system I loved!!! The food was ... absolutely divine and the variety on the menu was great, prices great too. I was only sorry I had just a one night stay but I'll definitely be back! The hotel has class and a wonderful warm ambiance. ---

We had a superb wedding at the Carlton. Food, Service, Staff were excellent, friendly helpful.Children were catered for fantastically at this wedding. Staff could not have been more helpful. Would recommended to anybody for a venue.
