The service in the restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. My family were there as a group and it was so bad that some members were given a free meal as they had to wait approx 1.5 hours to be served, we only had to wait one hour!!!

The problems that you mentioned have been brought to the attention of our General Manager and the restaurant team. While the lack of service you experienced is unusual and not the standard of our hotel, there is no excuse for the service you received in our restaurant. We are sorry for the inconvenience and annoyance this incident caused to you and your family.
The way in which your complaint was dealt with is of further disappointment to me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me on your phone number as I would personally like to invite you back to dine with us on an evening of your choice to experience an evening with us that is to our usual high standards.

When checking in i left instructions with regard to payment of bill for room belonging to other members of our party who had not yet checked in. A copy of my credit card details were taken for this ...
