Since opening its doors to the public in August 2007, the Carlton Shearwater Hotel Galway has developed a strong reputation throughout the industry for hosting high profile concerts & events. The hotel’s main function room, ‘The Plaza Suite’, is purpose built to accommodate numbers of up to 1000 guests.

In its first year, this luxury Galway hotel has hosted some very prestigious entertainment acts such as, the late great Joe Dolan, Christy Moore, Pat Short, Tommy Tiernen, Mundy, and Mary Black, and this calibre of line up is promised to continue over the next few years.
